Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n

Considering the recitation of the Qur\u2019an holy as a legally protected work faces many difficulties, including the problem of legal protection of the voice, as well as the religious privacy of reciting the Qur\u2019an and the difficulty of monopolizing it for financial purposes. It contains an innovation that gives to the reciter\u2019s recitation, adds to him of his personality and makes him different from the rest of the recitation, as well as expresses it through the voice and can be perceived by the audience through hearing. As long as the recitation of the Qur\u2019an is considered a work, there is no objection to protecting it by all means that protect the rest of the works, whether preventive means that try to prevent the attack before it occurs or during its occurrence, such as imitation of the reciter\u2019s voice or publishing his recitation without permission or other objective means represented in the civil liability resulting from the assault on the recitation of the Holy Qur\u2019an Compensating the reader for the moral and material damages he sustained as a result of this attack<\/p>\n
