The Council of Ministers is represented by a collective and solidarity body that takes decisions by majority. The Council of Ministers consists of the Prime Minister, his deputies, and ministers. Once the Prime Minister is chosen, he begins to exercise his first administrative work by nominating members\u00a0 The Council of Ministers is based on the constitutional texts.
