The research aims to measure the extent of the impact of the independent variables represented by \u201cthe official exchange rate, the digital divide, governance, exports, advanced technology, patents, and trademarks in the study sample countries.\u201d The hypothesis of the research lies in the presence of positive and moral effects for each of \u201cgovernance, advanced technological exports, patents, trademarks\u201d on the competitive performance in European countries. Industrial exports, especially in the field of high-tech products, are part of the global market.
