Many microscopic, phenotypic and biochemical tests were conducted on the bacteria, including the catalase and oxidase test, the growth test at a temperature of (10-45) C, and the concentration tolerance test. High salt (6.5) NaCl and a blood lysis test, then confirmed the final bacterial diagnosis using the VITEK 2 technique. The results showed that the bacteria were negative for the catalase and oxidase test, and had the ability to grow at a temperature of (10-45) C and able to withstand a concentration of (6.5) NaCl and negative for the test. hemolysis.
