Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the rapid advancement of digital technology and the growing reliance on electronic evidence in criminal investigations, the legitimacy of using audio and video as proof in electronic crimes is a question that this study attempts to address. In addition to exposing the difficulties this kind of evidence faces in the judicial system, the research attempts to examine the ethical and legal implications of using audio and video evidence in cybercrime-related criminal cases.<\/p>\n

This paper examines the legal framework that governs the use of audiovisual evidence in criminal investigations. It focuses on the conditions that must be met to guarantee the legality of the use of this evidence and the degree to which it is accepted in criminal courts. Along with issues pertaining to privacy protection and human rights, the research also addresses technical issues that could compromise the reliability of audio and video evidence, such as the possibility of manipulation or fabrication.<\/p>\n

According to the study, audio and visual evidence can be used effectively to identify cybercrimes and bring cases against those who commit them. However, in order for these types of evidence to be admitted into court, specific requirements and assurances regarding their safety and authenticity must be met.
\nThe study highlights the necessity of updating laws to ensure that people’s fundamental rights are protected and to keep up with technological advancements. It also gives courts precise guidelines for assessing this kind of evidence.<\/p>\n
