اثر استراتيجية الحصاد في التحصيل لدى تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي في مادة الرياضيات

Abstract:

The aim of the current research is to identify the impact of the harvesting strategy on the achievement of fifth-grade primary female pupils in mathematics, and it is limited to fifth-grade female pupils in QubatAlsakhra Primary School for Girls affiliated to the Education Directorate of Misan Governorate in Iraq. The method of simple random selection has been adopted in the research. The fifth-grade class consists of two groups: A and B. Group (B) has been chosen to represent the experimental group that has been taught according to the harvesting strategy, and group (A) to represent the control group that has been taught according to the usual method. The number of the sample has been (52) female pupils, (26) for the experimental group and (26) for the control group. An achievement test consisting of (25) items has been prepared, and the apparent validity and content validity have been verified. After applying the achievement test, collecting data and analyzing them statistically using the statistical bag for social sciences (SPSS), the results have showed that there have been statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group in favor of the experimental group that has been studying according to the harvesting strategy. The conclusions of the research are as follows:        1-Theharvesting strategy has a clear impact on pupils’ achievement in mathematics.

2-The harvesting strategy makes pupils more interactive with the studied material than other methods of education.

3-The harvesting strategy emphasizes the importance of female pupils and makes them the center of the educational process.
