Abstract

Fifty soil samples were collected from hydrocarbons contaminated and non-contaminated soils  from Nineveh Government. Two isolates belongs to Streptomyces misionensiswhich from 8% from contaminated soil were diagnosed depending on the 16s rDNA to strains Streptomycesmisionensis 30 and Streptomycesmisionensis 31 compared to reference strain within the National Center Biotechnology Information site (NCBI). From 30 wounds and burns samples (33.3%) of Staphylococcus aureusand (6.6%) from Pseudomonas aeruginosawere isolated. Which showed multiple resistance to antibiotics, Oxacillin, Erythromycin, Nalidixic acid and Tetracycline. The Streptomyces misionensis30 strain showed ability to produce biosurfactant with antagonistic activity against methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureusat a minimum inhibitory concentration 62.5 µg/cm3 as well as the fungus Aspergillusniger. The biosurfactant was diagnosed as Lipopeptide by using thin layer chromatography and GC-Mass technique and The surface efficacy of the biosurfactant extract is due to the presence of Silane derivatives.
