Abstract
This research focuses on the factors leading to the formation of public opinion, as well as the functions and manifestations of opinion, and its importance comes from shedding light on this phenomenon, in the Prophetic Sunnah in which the actions, sayings and approvals of the Prophet in this aspect.
The research provides answers to several questions related to the method of forming public opinion, the functions it performs, and the means used to express it.
