 Introduction

Efforts are made to establish a vocational education system in which individuals are equipped with skills that can adapt to changing social and economic conditions, and their national and international recognition and mobility are increased. Policy priorities have been considered in order to create a flexible and permeable professional education system that works in collaboration with the sector, where all members of the community meet their needs with learning opportunities.
