Abstract  :

Administrative corruption is one of the most dangerous social and political phenomena because of its negative effects on the government system and society, because administrative corruption weakens the confidence of the individual in those in charge of the state administration and its institutions,and leads to the challenges and obstacles to the progress and growth of the state, and despite the seriousness of this phenomenon, the Integrity Commission is one of the departments entrusted with duties and tasks to combat administrative corruption, because it represents the official body guaranteed by the Iraqi constitution to achieve and enhance the confidence of the Iraqi people in the state and its institutions by holding the corrupt accountable, whether they are individuals  Public or political men, with the aim of achieving security, social and judicial stability and achieving integrity and transparency in various aspects of society and state institutions.  In the study

As for the second section, it included two sections: the first topic: a historical overview of the Integrity Commission and its fight against administrative corruption in Iraq. The second topic: the theory that explains the subject of the study.

As for the third section, it included two topics: the first topic: mechanisms of the Integrity Commission in combating administrative corruption, and the

second topic: obstacles to the work of the Integrity Commission in combating administrative corruption in Iraq.

Finally, the research concluded with conclusions, recommendations, sources and references.
