Abstract
The study aimed to develop job descriptions for the administrative bodies of football sports clubs, and the research community represents the total vocabulary that the researcher targets in his study to achieve the results of the study. The research sample using the (random) method, and they are members of the administrative bodies of the clubs participating in the Premier Football League in the Republic of Iraq. The research sample included (20) clubs, and those who answered the questionnaire had reached (165) administrative members from the total members as a whole, and they constitute a percentage (100%) of the respondents did not exclude any administrative person among the administrators of these clubs, and for this reason the sample was divided into:
1- Scale building sample: It included a number of members of the administrative bodies (12) clubs, and the number of respondents was (102) questionnaires, and their percentage was (100%) of those to whom the questionnaire was circulated, and they constitute a percentage of the research community (61.81%)
– The scale application sample: It included (7) clubs, and the number of respondents reached (54) questionnaires, making up a percentage of the respondents to the questionnaire (100%) and their percentage from the research community (32.72%).
3- The sample of the survey experiment: It included (1) a club, and the number of respondents from this club was (9) administrative members, and they constituted (100%) of those to whom the questionnaire was circulated and constituted (5.45%) of the research community. The researchers recommended the need to use Administrative descriptions in the management of sports clubs.
