حق إبداء الرأي السياسي وضوابطه دراسة موضوعية في الحديث

Abstract:

Expressing an opinion in the political field its one of the important topics that deserves to be research from several aspects. Perhaps studying it in the Prophetic Sunnah, and how the Prophet, laid down its rules and foundations, This research aims to contribute to the legal rooting of the right to express a political opinion and its Restrictions in the Sunnah, this study relied on the inductive method, and it followed the hadiths of the Prophet related to the subject,The research is divided into an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion, as follows: The first topic: The right of people to express their political opinion, the second topic: Restrictions of forming and expressing opinion and third topic: Freedom to express political opinion between Western and Islamic perceptions, and the study concluded with the most important findings, recommendations and proposals.
