Abstract :
The right to after-sales services is one of the most important elements that contribute to encouraging and promoting goods and services, and increasing the buyer’s desire to acquire goods. This service also provides the buyer with legal protection that will enable the buyer (the consumer) to benefit from the sale, i.e. obtain On its benefits and achieving its intended purpose, this is done by the seller informing the buyer of how to operate the device and how to use it in order to avoid any malfunction or defect, in addition to warning the buyer (consumer) of the danger of the sold item. Also, this service is not limited to movables (devices), but rather extends to real estate. Also, after-sales services may include temporary work, such as a warranty for a year or more, and may not be temporary, such as replacing and renewing the product after its consumption by paying small differences, or refunding the price to the buyer in the event that the professional seller is not able to repair the defect or replace the product.
