Abstract :

The research titled “The Use of Modern Technology in Collecting and Analyzing Forensic Evidence” discusses the role of modern technologies in improving the effectiveness of criminal investigations. The paper reviews the development of tools in fingerprint analysis, DNA analysis, and digital forensics, showing how these technologies aid in identifying criminals and analyzing criminal behavior. Fingerprint recognition systems and digital scanning techniques enhance the speed and accuracy of fingerprint detection, while DNA analysis allows for suspect identification from trace amounts. Digital evidence has become central in modern crimes, with analysis tools extracting evidence from digital data. Finally, the paper highlights the role of forensic laboratories in achieving justice by providing accurate tools for interpreting criminal behavior.
