Abstract:

This study aimed to identify the organizational climate with its various elements and dimensions for the employees functional performance. The researchers used descriptive and deductive methods, besides the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS)  for analyzing the collected data . The study concluded to various findings  such as: the right organizational climate increases the efficiency of the performance of the employees, also enhances  the communication between them, while the researchers suggest several recommendations, such as: the usage of technology in executing the functional tasks will increase the effectiveness of performance, while reserving the work tools will contribute in ascertaining the institution objectives.
