Abstract

The research aims to build an organizational structure for the Iraqi National Olympic Committee, adopt the administrative intelligence measure for the Iraqi National Olympic Committee, and identify the relationship of the organizational structure to the administrative intelligence of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee. The researcher adopted the descriptive research approach because it is the optimal approach to solving the research problem and achieving its goals. It is considered a description and method. Choosing the research community and its sample is one of the basic necessary assumptions in any scientific research, and this selection must be among clear specifications, mentioning the reasons for this choice and the extent of the sample’s representation of the community. The boundaries of the research community are represented by members of the executive office and heads of members of the administrative bodies of the Olympic sports federations. Which was determined in a deliberate manner and was the reasons for the researcher’s adoption of this community and her orientation to achieving field procedures for the research. Based on the requirements of the study, the research sample was selected using a comprehensive inventory method of 100% of all members of the administrative bodies of the Olympic sports federations and the executive office, who numbered (222) members. The researcher concluded The measurement tools (organizational structure scale, administrative intelligence scale) are valid for measuring the members of the executive office and the Olympic sports federations in the Iraqi National Olympic Committee, and that the members of the executive office and members of the Olympic sports federations in the Iraqi National Committee have administrative intelligence, and administrative intelligence is positively linked to strategic planning and contributes to its improvement. They have, and it is possible to predict the administrative intelligence of the members of the executive office and members of the Olympic sports federations. The researcher was able to benefit from the results of this study and circulate its results to the Iraqi National Olympic Committee and the Olympic sports federations to form an information base and increase the awareness of the staff working in them of these administrative concepts and the possibility of employing them in improving performance, and the necessity of increasing Senior management’s interest in strategic planning and administrative intelligence as administrative tools that help it adapt and develop, with a focus on providing all requirements.
