Abstract
The study included collecting (50) samples of local red meat in the Iraqi market, to isolate and diagnose the contaminated Ent.faecalis bacteria. Many microscopic, phenotypic and biochemical tests were conducted on the bacteria, including the catalase and oxidase test, the growth test at a temperature of (10-45) C, and the concentration tolerance test. High salt (6.5) NaCl and a blood lysis test, then confirmed the final bacterial diagnosis using the VITEK 2 technique. The results showed that the bacteria were negative for the catalase and oxidase test, and had the ability to grow at a temperature of (10-45) C and able to withstand a concentration of (6.5) NaCl and negative for the test. hemolysis. A bacterial resistance test was conducted for a number of antibiotics, as the bacteria showed high resistance to many of the following antibiotics Ciprofloxacin, Amoxicillin\Clavulanic acid, Pipepracillin, Cefixime, cefotaxime, , Streptomycin, Gentamycin, and the bacteria showed high sensitivity by bacteria towards many antibiotics, namely (Nitrofurantoin, Vancomycin, Imipenem, Meropenem).
