Abstract :
Biopolymers, like polysaccharides and proteins, Where these polymers were treated with plasma through the (DC) system through different times inside the room using oxygen gas during four times, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes, and after treatment, the four samples were examined through a contact angle measurement device using liquid (distilled water) during the examination and after Completing the examination of all samples shows us that the best time for treatment with plasma generated with oxygen gas is half an hour, i.e. the polymer is hydrophilic, as this time was approved as the best time for treating the polymers intended for packaging.
