Abstract:
This research aims to identify the general qualities that a successful teacher should possess and to review the most important successful teaching methods that contribute to improving the quality of education, by comparing traditional curricula with modern teaching methods used in Arab-Islamic societies.
The researcher attempted to gather information and research that would help address various topics related to this topic, using one of the research methods, the modern approach, to track research on the research topic in general and specifically. This research topic is considered important for university professors related to the nature of the subject, as it provides them with the characteristics of a teacher capable of communicating scientific material to students using the most modern methods. This research was divided into two sections. The first section addressed the literature followed by scholars in Islam, while the second section addressed the teacher and modern teaching methods. The research concluded with a set of findings and recommendations.
