Abstract:
The research aims to identify the impact of training on job fluctuation among private hospital employees in Anbar, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher measured the extent of the oscillation of the employees in the stages of the training process in private hospitals in Anbar, and the research community is from a group of private hospital employees in Anbar randomly chosen, which numbered (180) A private hospital staff (Al -Safwa Specialist Hospital, Dr. Talib Al -Janabi Al -Ahly Hospital – Al -Razi Private Hospital) in Anbar Governorate. The researcher also concluded that all the training dimensions have a statistically indicative impact on the rotation of the workers, as it came in the first place after determining the training needs, while the last rank came in the dimension of the design of the training programs. To achieve the purposes of research and ensure the validity of its hypotheses, the researcher used the statistical methods in analyzing the data collected through the field study through a questionnaire using the statistical package for social and economic sciences (SPSS).
