Abstract:
This research examines the mechanisms of administrative control and the transformation that has taken place in light of the digital revolution and the transformation witnessed by public administration through electronic tools based on artificial intelligence, digital government service platforms, and smart monitoring systems, after previously relying on traditional tools. It examines the extent to which digitization has impacted the effectiveness of administrative control and the compatibility of digital means with the legal principles of legitimacy, accountability, and transparency. It also examines the challenges facing this transformation and recommends a set of legal solutions to secure electronic administrative control and ensure respect for citizens’ rights.
