Abstract
Business environment in Iraq facing a lot of administrative and financial problems, greatly influenced in the work of the business sector and led to low investment and inability to meeting the needs of the growing domestic demand for goods and services.
The research is based on the hypotheses” the private business environment in Iraq suffer from Weak organizational capacity and funding and face many administrative and financial problems in work”. So research aims to diagnose these problems by studying a sample in service, industrial and banking projects in the industrial district in Baghdad.
Research results show that problem of funding and the availability of basic services is basic problems facing the sector and openness to the international community without controls business has hurt the business sector.
Research recommended the need to review and simplify the legal and regulatory framework for business and new laws and support business sector with essential services and funding, organizing and directing the import process to serves production process.
