Abstract:
First: It aims at the importance of public opinion and its types, characteristics and value that provided it with a positive presence in people’s lives, and to identify the nature of public opinion’s connection to political awareness, to stand on the importance of public opinion in drawing public policy, and to know the most important obstacles that hinder its formation, and to know the most important means that expresses During which public opinion expresses its orientations and in the form of specific behaviors that are different from one another.
Second: The method used (social survey): The tools that the researcher
used to collect information to identify the scientific facts in the subject of the study are: (simple observation, participation, field interviews, questionnaire, hypotheses, and statistical methods.
Research community and sample:Second
The researcher adopted a comprehensive survey method for teachers in (College of Law, Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the College of Education for Human Sciences, and Department of Sociology in the College of Arts) and the amount was (80) respondents from the teaching staff at the University of Babylon.
